— Customizable Voltage Equalization: Users can set the voltage equalization trigger difference (in mV) through the APP. The system activates equalization when voltage differences between battery strings exceed the set value, and deactivates it when below this value. The default maximum equalization current is 1A/2A, adjustable according to battery capacity, ensuring balanced and efficient charging.
— User-Friendly Interface: The protection board includes a reserved display interface, enabling easy access to battery information. This feature allows users to customize settings based on their real needs, enhancing the usability and monitoring of battery status.
— Integrated Heating Function: Featuring a standard heating function, the protection board safeguards batteries in low temperature conditions by engaging a resistance heater or heating film. This function is customizable via the APP and is recommended to be complemented with a temperature control switch (45℃~65℃) for secondary protection, ensuring battery performance and safety during extreme cold.
— Charging Overvoltage Protection: The board includes comprehensive charging overvoltage protection. Users can define overcharge protection voltage and recovery voltage through the APP. During charging, the system prevents overcharging by shutting down the process if any battery string becomes overvoltage, then resumes charging once all voltages are within the safe range.
— Advanced Communication Options: Equipped with both CAN and RS485 communication interfaces, the protection board supports robust connectivity. The default communication rates are 250K for CAN and 115200 for RS485, with protocols selectable via the APP based on inverter specifications. The RS485 interfaces facilitate parallel battery pack connections and host computer monitoring, ensuring seamless integration and data management.
